Shipping and Delivery Policy

Marble Büro LLC · Last updated: October 30, 2026

1. Scope

Our website presents materials and accepts inquiries. Samples are available on request at cost, meaning the sample price plus shipping. Samples and separately quoted tile and project orders ("Orders") are subject to the delivery arrangements communicated to you before we accept the Order. Availability and delivery arrangements depend on the product and destination. The estimates in this Policy are not a commitment to deliver to every country.

2. Samples

2.1 Requesting samples. Samples are available on request. To request samples, submit a quote request and note the samples required. We deliver samples worldwide, subject to carrier availability at the destination. This does not limit separately quoted tile and project delivery arrangements.

2.2 In-stock samples. In-stock samples are dispatched by UPS within five (5) business days of Order acceptance. Standard transit within the United States averages approximately three to four (3–4) business days after dispatch, so standard delivery within the United States may take approximately eight to nine (8–9) business days from Order acceptance. Dispatch time and transit time are separate. Transit times for other destinations vary and will be confirmed on request. Carrier delays may affect arrival.

2.3 Samples not in stock. Samples that are not in stock require approximately six to seven (6–7) weeks to produce, plus shipping time. We will confirm the applicable production schedule and expected dispatch date for your Order. The tile and project production estimate in Section 3 does not apply to samples.

2.4 Expedited and overnight shipping. Expedited or overnight shipping may be available at additional cost, subject to destination and carrier availability. You must select or agree to the service and the additional charge before dispatch. Overnight service refers to carrier transit after dispatch only. It does not shorten production time and does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

2.5 Sample charges and shipping. The charge for a sample Order comprises the cost of the sample plus shipping, including any expedited service you select. Your quotation will state the sample cost and, on request, the shipping charges, so that you have both before you place your Order. "Business days" excludes weekends and applicable public holidays.

3. Tile and Project Orders

3.1 Order requirements. We will not schedule your Order or give a delivery date until we have received all of the following: (a) full details, survey, or drawings of what you require; (b) your deposit; (c) a written purchase order, including any special details or arrangements (or a confirmation email); and (d) approved drawings indicating any special details (or an approval email). All products remain our property until paid in full.

3.2 Payment. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, a 50% deposit is payable after confirmation of the Order, and the balance is payable before the shipment day.

3.3 Production. Typical production time is estimated at eight to nine (8–9) weeks, depending on Order size. Production time excludes holidays and our factory's annual closures throughout August and from December 26 through January 7, inclusive, which may extend the elapsed calendar time needed to complete an Order. The applicable production schedule and its starting point will be confirmed in writing for your Order. Production time is separate from shipping and transit time.

3.4 Transit after dispatch. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• Europe: approximately 10–12 days.

• Destinations outside Europe: approximately 5–7 weeks.

These are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates. Route, destination, carrier availability, customs clearance, and other transport conditions may affect transit time. These estimates do not apply to sample shipments.

4. Delays

Lead times are estimates and are subject to change. If we become aware of a material delay, we will notify you and provide updated information. Where applicable law requires your consent to a revised shipment date, or entitles you to cancel and receive a refund, we will comply with those requirements. Describing lead times as estimates does not remove those obligations.

5. Freight and Delivery Charges

Freight and delivery costs are subject to change based on the final dimensions of the cargo and freight rate fluctuation. A preliminary quotation may change before final freight arrangements are agreed. We will communicate any revised charge to you for agreement before it is incurred. This Policy does not authorize an undisclosed increase to an agreed Order price.

Estimated prices are valid for thirty (30) days, after which the offer lapses. Prices do not include V.A.T., import or export taxes, or discounts of any kind unless specifically stated on the quotation. Your quotation or Order confirmation will identify the delivery services included and how any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are treated. Unless expressly stated, you should not assume that these charges are included.

We reserve the right to increase the price of an offer to recover any additional cost we incur as a result of late changes you require to the specifications of goods or services, or as a result of any delay caused by your failure or delay in providing sufficient and necessary instructions or information. We will notify you of any such increase before it is incurred.

6. Unloading and Site Access

Unloading at the delivery site is not included unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for arranging suitable access and appropriate personnel and equipment for safe unloading. Depending on crate size and weight, a forklift may be required. Please confirm the unloading requirements with us before delivery.

For freight deliveries, one (1) hour of waiting time is free. Waiting time thereafter is charged at USD $150.00 per hour. This condition will also be disclosed in your delivery quotation or Order terms. Any further site-specific delivery arrangements must be agreed in writing.

7. Inspection and Damage Documentation

7.1 On delivery. Material must be inspected on delivery, so please arrange for someone to inspect the crates, packaging, and goods for that purpose. All damage must be noted on the carrier's proof of delivery (POD) at the time of delivery, before signing. Please also take photographs, retain all packaging, and notify info@marbleburo.com promptly.

7.2 Damage discovered after unpacking. If damage is discovered only after unpacking, contact us promptly and retain the goods and packaging for assessment.

7.3 Effect on claims. Failure to inspect the crates and goods on delivery will void insurance claims for damages. Eligibility and deadlines for claims depend on the applicable carriage or insurance terms and on applicable law. Signing a delivery receipt does not automatically extinguish any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

7.4 Before installation. Please inspect all material before installation and contact us about any suspected damage, incorrect material, or discrepancy before proceeding.
