Marble Büro LLC · Last updated: November 2, 2026
1. About This Policy
Marble Büro LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://marbleburo.com (the "Website"). This Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you browse the Website, contact us, request project information, samples, or quotations, subscribe to emails, or place an order where purchasing is available. The Website currently presents materials and accepts inquiries. The order-related provisions of this Policy apply where an order is placed with us.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, business details, delivery or billing address, project requirements, correspondence, newsletter preferences, and information required to process an order. Order information may include the products requested, payment confirmation, and delivery and return details. Payment providers process the payment information needed to complete a transaction.
2.2 Information collected automatically. We and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, interactions, referral information, and cookie or similar identifiers. Email services may collect information about message delivery, opens, and clicks.
2.3 Information from other sources. We may receive information from Shopify, from payment and delivery providers, and from the analytics and advertising services described below.
3. How We Use Information
3.1 Purposes. We use personal information to:
• respond to inquiries and prepare quotations;
• manage business relationships;
• process and fulfill orders, and arrange delivery and returns;
• provide customer support;
• operate and improve the Website;
• measure Website and advertising performance;
• prevent fraud and misuse;
• comply with legal obligations; and
• establish or defend legal claims.
3.2 Email marketing. We use email marketing to send newsletters and promotional messages, subject to your choices and applicable consent requirements. You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary responses to your inquiries or transactional messages concerning an order. Our current marketing program uses email.
4. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence
Shopify hosts the Website and processes personal information to operate and improve the services it provides to us. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Some of these services use information about interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to support features such as personalization, advertising, and service improvements.
Personal information is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, which may be located in countries other than your own. Shopify's processing for these services is also explained in Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy. You can learn about and exercise choices concerning Shopify's processing through its privacy portal.
5. Email Marketing, Analytics, and Advertising Providers
We use service providers for email marketing, website analytics, and advertising, including Klaviyo (email marketing and measurement of email engagement), Google Analytics (understanding how the Website is used), and Google Ads (advertising and measuring advertising performance). We may add, replace, or stop using providers over time and will update this Policy where required. Depending on the service, its configuration, and your choices, these providers may process contact or engagement information, device and browser information, online identifiers, and Website interaction data.
Analytics and advertising providers, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, may use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and conversions and, where enabled and permitted, to support advertising personalization. Our use of these technologies is subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Google's processing is described in Google's Privacy Policy and on its page about how Google uses information from partner sites. Klaviyo's privacy information is available at privacy.klaviyo.com.
6. Cookies and Privacy Choices
6.1 Cookies. Cookies and similar technologies support essential Website functions, preferences, analytics, and advertising. Where a cookie-consent tool is displayed, please use its controls to make the choices offered. Your browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect Website features and does not replace all available advertising and privacy opt-outs. Information about Shopify cookies is available at shopify.com/legal/cookies.
6.2 Opting out. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or of its use for targeted advertising. Our Your Privacy Choices page offers device-based controls in applicable regions. You can also contact info@marbleburo.com for assistance with your rights.
6.3 Global Privacy Control. Where applicable, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser and device sending the signal. Email unsubscribe choices and Website advertising choices operate separately.
7. How We Disclose Information
We disclose information to providers that support Website hosting, email marketing, analytics, advertising, payment processing, delivery, customer support, professional advice, and other necessary business operations. These providers, including those named in this Policy and any we may use in the future for similar purposes, receive the information relevant to their services. We may also disclose information:
• when you direct us to;
• where necessary to comply with law or legal process;
• to prevent fraud or to protect rights and safety; or
• in connection with a business transfer, subject to appropriate protections.
Certain advertising-related disclosures may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. The available opt-outs are described above. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
8. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. In setting retention periods we consider our relationship with you, order and inquiry administration, legal recordkeeping, disputes, and security needs. Retention periods vary by the type of information and its purpose.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no system is completely secure. Please do not send payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email or inquiry forms.
9. Your Rights
9.1 Your rights. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to access or obtain a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, receive portable information, opt out of certain advertising-related processing, or appeal a decision about your request. In some jurisdictions you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
9.2 How to make a request. To make a request or appeal a decision, contact info@marbleburo.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may act for you, subject to appropriate verification.
9.3 Our response. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Lawful Bases
Where applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on:
• Contract: taking steps at your request, or performing a contract, for inquiries and orders;
• Legal obligation: required records and disclosures;
• Legitimate interests: proportionate business administration, security, and service improvement; and
• Consent: where required for marketing or non-essential tracking.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
11. International Processing
We are based in the United States, and information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, transfers are subject to safeguards recognized by applicable data protection law, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards. Please contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your information.
12. Children
Our services are directed to adults arranging material purchases or projects and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 for advertising purposes.
13. Third-Party Websites and Changes
Independent websites linked from the Website have their own privacy practices. Please review their notices when you visit them. We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. We will update the last-updated date and give additional notice where required.
